I had an outstanding experience with Loan Factory from beginning to end. Stefan Nikic was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer our questions and guide us through every step of the loan process. A special thank you as well to Will, our loan processor, for his excellent communication, dedication, and support throughout the entire process. They both made everything feel smooth, organized, and much less stressful. Our Loan Officers name is Al Zandiyeh, we also worked with John Gonzalez. Both of these gentlemen were incredible. What can I say about Al? He is incredible. If everyone had the experience we had with Al, the home buying process would not be so stressful. Al was truly a blessing. He was so kind, so compassionate and supportive. Without Al, I don’t know what we would have done. His support, knowledge and communication were everything we needed. Al treated us not just like customers, but like family. What more could you ask for? He cared and it showed. Al, to you sir, we wish you all the blessings imaginable. John also so incredibly amazing during this process.
